Topsun closed cell NBR rubber foam, also known as NBR/PVC foam or rubber-plastic sponge foam, is a flexible closed-cell insulation and sealing material designed for HVAC insulation, pipe insulation, duct insulation, condensation control, oil resistance, cushioning, gaskets and industrial sealing applications.
NBR/PVC foam provides low thermal conductivity, high moisture resistance, good compression performance, fuel and oil resistance, acid resistance and flexible installation. It can be supplied as sheets, rolls, tubes, strips, adhesive-backed foam, die-cut gaskets and custom foam parts according to customer requirements.
• Density range: 50-150kg/m³, with common insulation foam density from 50-90kg/m³.
• Size: 1000-1800mm width, commonly supplied in 10m roll length.
• Thickness: mainly 3mm-50mm, with custom thickness available according to application requirements.
• Color: black is the main color; red, purple, blue and other custom colors can be produced according to Pantone color requirements.
• Excellent resistance to acid, fuel and oil, suitable for industrial equipment, HVAC systems and mechanical protection.
• Adhesive backing can be applied on one side or double sides for easier installation and assembly.

NBR/PVC foam is a soft, closed-cell rubber-plastic sponge foam made from nitrile rubber and PVC. It is commonly used as thermal insulation material for HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, chilled water pipes, condenser water pipes, air ducts, hot water pipes and industrial sealing applications.
