PE foam (polyethylene foam) is a lightweight crosslinked closed-cell foam material made frompolyethylene,featuring excellent cushioning, nsulation and protective properties. It has a uniformand fine structure, issoft to the touch and elastic, does not absorb water easily, and has good chemical tability. It has good shock absorption and impact resistance, sound insulation and heat insulationperformance. It is also resistant to acids and alkalis, corrosion, non-toxic and odorless, and meetsenvironmental protection requirements. The material is easy to process and can be processedinvariousways such as cutting, die-cutting, laminating and backing with adhesive.
Wide Density Range: Polyethylene foam is available in a variety of densities, from low to high, allowing manufacturers to tailor firmness, cushioning, and performance to specific application requirements.

8. Silk-screen printing - Print logos and patterns on the surface of foam products
9. Adhesive backing - Gluing on the surface of the foam with liners. Usually produce foam tapes and other products need to stick on.
