Topsun IXPE foam roll, also known as irradiation cross-linked polyethylene foam, is a lightweight closed-cell foam material with smooth surface, uniform cell structure, low water absorption, cushioning performance, sound insulation and thermal insulation. It is widely used in automotive interiors, sports and leisure products, packaging, construction materials, electronics, toys, medical products and industrial protection applications.
IXPE foam can be supplied in rolls, sheets, strips, tapes, laminated foam, die-cut parts and custom molded foam components. Topsun can customize color, thickness, density, expansion ratio, width, length, adhesive backing, lamination, printing, punching, slitting, cutting and carving according to customer requirements.

IXPE, or irradiation cross-linked polyethylene foam, is a soft foam material with a smooth surface, excellent consistency, independent closed-cell structure, low water absorption, light weight, shock absorption, sound insulation, thermal insulation and cushioning performance. Compared with many similar foam materials, IXPE provides superior physical and chemical properties for demanding industrial applications.
IXPE foam roll is widely used in automotive interiors, sports and leisure products, packaging and cushioning, construction materials, electronic materials, toys, medical products and other fields. It can also be laminated with aluminum foil, fabric, film, adhesive, leather or other materials for special composite foam products.
Thermal insulation: The independent closed-cell structure can effectively reduce energy exchange caused by air convection, making IXPE suitable for refrigerators, air-conditioning, HVAC and thermal insulation materials.
Impact resistance: IXPE is a semi-rigid foam material that can recover after compression. It is suitable for precise instruments, semiconductors, electronics and protective packaging applications.

Hot press molding: Place the baked material in a mold of a certain shape, hot press and cool to form the final shape.
Blister molding: Heat the mold, put the sheet or coil material into the mold, evacuate the air and cool to shape.
Thermal bonding: Heat and compound different materials with IXPE foam for composite foam products.
Punching: Punch the foam material into customer-required shapes through hydraulic punching machines, CNC engraving machines or other equipment.
Lamination: Use PE as the medium to compound different materials with IXPE foam.
Embossing: Press patterns onto IXPE foam through rollers for anti-slip, decorative or functional surface effects.
