Product Description
Topsun EVA foam sheet 1220×2440×100 mm is a large-format closed-cell foam material designed for case inserts, tool box inserts, protective packaging, equipment cushioning and downstream foam converting. The thick sheet provides sufficient material depth for slicing, cutting, engraving and custom cavity fabrication.
The referenced EVA foam grade has a density specification of 110–130 kg/m³, tensile strength of ≥120 kPa, compression deflection of ≤5.0 kPa and tearing strength of ≥2.5 N/cm. Its closed-cell structure provides lightweight cushioning, dimensional recovery and good resistance to moisture absorption.
Large EVA foam sheets are particularly useful for manufacturers and foam converters that need thick stock material for custom case inserts, equipment protection, layered packaging, industrial pads and other fabricated foam components.

A 1220×2440×100 mm EVA foam sheet provides a large surface area and substantial material depth for downstream converting. It is particularly useful when finished components require deep cavities, multiple thicknesses or larger continuous foam sections.
The 100 mm starting thickness allows suitable material to be sliced into thinner layers according to finished component requirements. Large-format stock can also help manufacturers arrange multiple parts efficiently before cutting or die cutting.
For case inserts and industrial packaging, a larger foam sheet also provides more flexibility when laying out cavities for tools, instruments, equipment and irregularly shaped products.
Closed-cell EVA foam is well suited to protective case inserts because it combines cushioning, structural support and a clean finished appearance.
Custom cavities can be produced to hold tools, instruments, electronics, measuring equipment and other products in defined positions. Correctly designed inserts help reduce movement and direct impact during handling and transportation.
For custom case inserts, customers can provide the internal case dimensions, product dimensions, product weight, cavity layout and required foam depth for evaluation.
EVA foam can be cut or engraved into organized tool storage inserts for industrial tool boxes, maintenance kits and equipment cases.
Individual tool cavities help keep components separated and visible while providing cushioning around the tool body. Layered EVA constructions can also be evaluated when contrasting colors or different cavity depths are required.
Protective packaging requires the foam to control movement and reduce shock transmitted to the packed product. EVA foam provides resilient cushioning and can be fabricated to match the geometry of the protected component.
It can be used for equipment packaging, electronics, instruments, mechanical parts and other products where repeatable cushioning and product positioning are required.
Foam density, thickness and cavity dimensions should be selected according to product weight, fragility, available packaging space and expected impact conditions.
EVA foam has a flexible closed-cell structure that can deform under load and recover after suitable compression. This allows it to act as a cushioning layer between a product and the surrounding case, package or equipment structure.
The referenced foam grade combines lightweight construction with measurable tensile, tear and compression performance, making it suitable for a range of protective and fabricated foam components.
Large EVA foam sheets can be supplied as base material for manufacturers and converters that need to produce smaller sheets, strips, pads, inserts or shaped components.
Processing methods can include slicing, cutting, lamination, laser cutting, die cutting, engraving and adhesive backing according to the required finished component.
