Product Description
Topsun closed cell CR foam rolls, also known as neoprene foam rolls or chloroprene rubber foam, are flexible closed-cell foam materials designed for sealing, gasket, insulation, cushioning, flame-retardant and industrial protection applications. CR foam offers good fire resistance, elasticity, weather resistance and durability, making it suitable for automotive, HVAC, construction, electrical appliance and industrial equipment use.
This product can be supplied as CR foam rolls, neoprene foam sheets, foam blocks, strips, tapes, die-cut gaskets and customized foam parts. Topsun can customize thickness, density, hardness, size, adhesive backing, lamination and cutting method according to your application, drawing or sample.
CR foam is a closed-cell neoprene foam material with good flame-retardant performance, cushioning ability and sealing stability. It can be used as CR foam block, CR foam sheet, closed cell CR foam roll or neoprene foam sheet for applications that require flexibility, durability and protection.
Compared with many general-purpose foam materials, neoprene CR foam is especially suitable for applications where fire resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance and mechanical stability are important. It is widely used for sealing strips, foam gaskets, HVAC insulation, equipment pads, construction joints and electrical appliance cushioning.
Closed-cell structure: The closed-cell foam structure helps improve sealing, cushioning and moisture resistance for industrial applications.
Good flame-retardant performance: CR foam is often selected for applications that require better fire resistance than many standard foam materials.
Elastic and flexible: Neoprene foam can compress and recover, making it suitable for gaskets, seals, strips and cushioning pads.
Weather and temperature resistance: CR foam can be used in indoor and outdoor environments where durability and stable performance are required.
Oil and chemical resistance: The material provides resistance to many oils and chemicals, making it suitable for industrial and mechanical applications.
Easy to process: CR foam can be cut, sliced, laminated, die cut, laser cut, backed with adhesive and converted into custom foam parts.

Closed cell CR foam rolls and neoprene foam sheets are used in many industries where sealing, cushioning, flame resistance, insulation and durability are required. Typical applications include the following:
• Oil industry and energy applications.
• Automotive industry seals, pads and vibration-damping parts.
• Gaskets, seals, sealing strips and die-cut foam parts.
• Construction joints, insulation pads and protective foam layers.
• Engineering equipment cushioning and protective components.
• Home and electrical appliance sealing and insulation.
• Foam strips, foam tapes and adhesive-backed neoprene foam products.
• HVAC heating, ventilation and air conditioning sealing and insulation.
CR foam, also called neoprene foam or chloroprene rubber foam, is a closed-cell foam material with good flame resistance, flexibility and sealing performance. It can be used in aquatic structures, sports equipment, medical braces, foam pads, gaskets, insulation and industrial protection parts.
Because CR foam combines fire resistance, elasticity and practical cost performance, it is widely selected for projects that require durable foam material with stable compression and protective performance. It can be supplied in rolls, sheets, blocks, strips or custom die-cut parts.
Topsun can convert CR foam rolls and neoprene foam sheets into finished or semi-finished foam parts according to customer requirements. Our processing capabilities help customers reduce secondary processing time and obtain ready-to-use foam components.
1. Cutting: cut foam sheets, strips or pads according to customer size requirements.
2. Slicing: slice foam thickness according to the required specification.
3. Lamination: provide hot melt film lamination, flame lamination and pressure-sensitive adhesive lamination.
4. Laser cutting: cut foam drawings without opening molds for some customized shapes.
5. Die cutting: open molds according to customer design and produce foam gaskets, seals and pads efficiently.
6. Compression molding: manufacture three-dimensional molded foam and foam composite parts with defined geometry and dimensional requirements.
7. Engraving: produce tool box inserts and packaging inserts according to customer requirements.
8. Silk-screen printing: print logos and patterns on the surface of foam products.
9. Adhesive backing: apply adhesive and release liner to produce foam tapes and self-adhesive foam parts.
