- **Q: What PE foam density should I choose?**
  A: The right density depends on product weight, impact level, support area and reuse requirements. Share the application, dimensions and performance target so our team can recommend a suitable direction.
- **Q: What thicknesses of PE foam can you manufacture?**
  A: Available thickness depends on foam type, density, format and converting method. Send the required thickness and tolerance for production-range verification.
- **Q: Can PE foam be supplied with adhesive backing?**
  A: Yes. Single-sided and double-sided adhesive options are available for sealing, gasketing and assembly, subject to substrate and service conditions.
- **Q: Can you CNC or die-cut PE foam from my drawing?**
  A: Yes. We can review CAD files, drawings, specifications or physical samples for CNC cutting, die cutting and other custom processes.
